Complaints and disputes with B777: how to complain effectively
Most complaints against online casinos are about three things: delayed withdrawals, verification that never finishes and winnings removed under bonus conditions. This guide explains how to complain step by step, which evidence to keep and which dispute resolution routes exist, depending on the licence the operator holds.
Step 1: a formal complaint to the operator
- Write to support through a channel that leaves a record — email is best.
- Explain the problem in a few lines: what happened, when and how much.
- Attach evidence: screenshots, transaction references, receipts and the promotion's terms.
- Ask them to state in writing which rule they applied and to escalate the case to their complaints team.
- Set a reasonable deadline and keep every reply.
Step 2: the licence route
If the operator does not resolve it, the next step depends on its licence. Check two things in its terms: which regulator issued the licence and whether they name an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. If an ADR is named, it usually requires you to have exhausted the operator's own complaints process first. Some regulators also accept complaints directly. How to identify the licence is explained in about us.
Bonus complaints: check before you write
| Reason given for removal | What to check |
|---|---|
| Max bet exceeded | Your bet history against the promotion's cap |
| Excluded game | The restricted games list in the terms |
| Deadline passed | Activation date and the stated period |
| Linked accounts | Whether someone else plays from your network or device |
If the rule existed and you broke it, the complaint has little chance; if the rule was not published when you activated the bonus, keep the evidence and complain. The rules are explained in bonus terms.
Writing a complaint that gets read
Be specific and keep the tone calm: an orderly complaint is resolved sooner. Always include your username, the date, the amount, what you expected and what happened, and the rule or condition you believe supports your position. Never share your password or full card details.
